What You’ll Do
- Grow and manage a book of clients, delivering needs-based insurance, annuity, and investment strategies.
- Lead discovery conversations, craft tailored recommendations and provide ongoing service.
- Build referral networks and local market presence with support from experienced leaders.
Training & Development
You’ll receive hands-on training, marketing resources, and mentorship within a structured multi-year development track. The ramp is clear and supportive, with milestone incentives that smooth early earnings and reward consistent progress.
Who You Are
- Self-motivated, ethics-driven, and energized by making a positive impact.
- Strong communicator who thrives on relationship-building and goal achievement.
- Prior sales or client-facing experience helpful; financial services experience a plus (not required).
Compensation
Results-driven role designed to support early success. At-plan first-year earnings target: ~$120,000. Full details will be reviewed in your initial conversation with the hiring leader.
