VP of Human Resources
Job Summary
The VP of HR is a strategic leader responsible for the effective operation and advancement of Human Resources and Communications across the organization. This role drives organizational excellence by fostering a high-performance culture, developing leadership capabilities, and serving as a trusted advisor and mentor to the CEO and staff. As a member of the executive management team, this position plays a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with business objectives and shaping the company’s future through culture, talent, and strategic planning.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree required, along with 10–15 years of business-related experience.
· This role requires experience in scaling people processes and adapting approaches to support significant growth.
· Strong leadership skills are essential, with the ability to motivate multi-disciplinary teams and respond to evolving business needs.
· The position also demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual abilities, excellent teamwork and communication skills, and deep expertise in human resource management.
· A high level of confidentiality is required, along with the ability to mentor and coach executive staff.
Responsibilities
· Provide day-to-day leadership and management that reflects the company’s mission and core values.
· Drive the company to achieve and surpass revenue, income, cash flow, and business goals.
· Measure and improve the effectiveness of internal and external processes; deliver timely, accurate reports on company operations.
· Collaborate with leadership to build operational infrastructure that supports growth objectives.
· Motivate and lead a high-performance HR team; attract, retain, and mentor talent with a focus on career development.
· Promote accountability and success-oriented behaviors throughout the organization.
· Support and implement change initiatives that advance company goals.
· Improve and develop HR systems, policies, and procedures that meet legal and compliance standards.
· Ensure alignment with quality management system requirements.
· Provide cross-functional support and feedback on system needs and improvements.
· Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
