Property Manager
Location: Passaic County
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing residential or commercial properties, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction, and maintaining the value of the properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily property operations, including maintenance, tenant relations, and financial management.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with service providers and contractors to perform necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Develop and implement cost-effective strategies to maximize property revenue.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
- Ensure accurate and timely property-related documentation and record-keeping.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, with a maximum of 5 years preferred.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
