We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Superintendent for our Haddonfield location, responsible for the upkeep of 432 apartment units. This position offers the unique advantage of living on-site with an apartment home provided, including most utilities covered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Maintenance Operations: Manage the seamless functionality of all community facilities.
• Maintenance Scheduling: Develop and implement schedules for work orders and preventive maintenance to ensure minimal downtime.
• Maintenance Management Systems: Efficiently track work orders and manage inventory.
• Timely Work Request Completion: Address maintenance needs quickly to enhance resident satisfaction.
• Unit Turnovers: Ensure apartments are ready for new occupants with minimal oversight.
• Regular Inspections: Conduct inspections to identify and mitigate potential maintenance issues.
• Safety Standards Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations during maintenance activities.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with leasing teams to ensure smooth apartment showings, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Hands-On Role: Actively participate in maintenance tasks alongside supervisory responsibilities.
