The Branch Manager oversees daily branch operations, sales, and service delivery while leading and mentoring branch staff. This hands-on role ensures efficient, compliant, and secure branch performance, while delivering exceptional service to members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily branch operations, including deposit and lending functions
• Ensure regulatory compliance, security, and cash control
• Lead, train, and evaluate branch staff
• Analyze branch performance and report to senior management
• Promote credit union growth through community engagement
• Contribute to strategic goals and member development initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years in financial services management
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., BSA)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
