Role Overview: As a New Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by identifying and engaging potential clients. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to building relationships and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients through strategic networking and outreach efforts.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with business leaders, ensuring consistent communication and tailored engagement.
- Present and demonstrate services effectively to highlight value propositions and boost client acquisition.
- Prioritize and manage leads, ensuring alignment with sales objectives to achieve revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and support, to enhance client satisfaction and sales integration.
- Monitor and report on sales activities and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within payroll services or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales strategies and techniques, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify and overcome business challenges.
- Excellent organizational and computer skills.
