About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .Net Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves a critical engagement in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance .NET applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be responsible for creating technical specifications, ensuring system integrity, and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain innovative .NET applications.
• Analyze system requirements and prioritize development tasks efficiently.
• Write clean, scalable, and testable code using .NET programming languages.
• Create and review technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Test, debug, and refactor applications to enhance performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Document development processes and operational procedures for knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with industry trends and project management methodologies.

Location

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Warren, NJ. Candidates must be able to reliably commute on a daily basis.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to work across multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of modern software design and development methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of .Net framework and Core, C#, and Azure technologies.
• Expert level in SQL development, including T-SQL and performance tuning.
• Experience with REST APIs/Web services and Winforms.
• Familiarity with object-oriented design, threading, dependency injection, and asynchronous development.

Optional Skills

• Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, JQWidgets.
• Knowledge of TypeScript and Angular.
