Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to be a key contributor in the rollout of SAP S4/HANA, the transition from Oracle to OneStream, and other critical accounting and ERP initiatives. This role bridges accounting and IT, offering hands-on involvement in large-scale projects and setting the foundation for potential promotion to Financial Controller, within 12–18 months.
What You'll DoThe Senior Financial Analyst will:
- Lead the period-end close process, including scheduling, communication with stakeholders, and ensuring accurate reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to manage the SAP S4/HANA rollout, accounting processes, and system mapping.
- Oversee the transition from Oracle to OneStream, ensuring smooth integration of global consolidation and reporting.
- Support SOX compliance by implementing and monitoring controls, providing recommendations for improvement, and mitigating risks.
- Conduct and maintain balance sheet reconciliations in collaboration with Business Controllers and the Global Business Service team.
- Work closely with internal and external auditors, providing documentation and explanations during reviews and audits.
- Participate in fraud control, AI-driven analysis, and B2C initiatives, contributing to innovative and efficient business practices.
- Assist with special projects and new tool rollouts as needed, offering expertise on large data sets and technical accounting matters.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
- Strong technical accounting background with proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and Excel.
- Experience working with large data sets, ERP implementations, and accounting/IT integration.
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal audit procedures.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage large-scale projects.
- General product experience or knowledge of the sporting goods industry is a plus.
