Lead Clinical Recruiter

The Role

As our Lead Clinical Recruiter, you’ll be the strategic force behind building the clinical teams that power our growth. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and relationship-building to offer negotiation and onboarding—while serving as a trusted partner to hiring leaders.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

  • Proactively source, engage, and attract top clinical and professional talent nationwide.

  • Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure strong alignment with both skillset and company culture.

  • Manage the candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance—ensuring every interaction reflects our company’s values.

  • Advise hiring teams on market trends, compensation insights, and talent availability.

  • Build and maintain pipelines for high-demand and future-growth positions.

  • Optimize recruiting systems and reporting within Paylocity ATS (or similar), focusing on metrics like Time to Fill, Conversion Rates, and Source Effectiveness.

  • Represent the company at career fairs, conferences, and industry events to strengthen our employer brand.

  • Continuously refine recruiting processes for efficiency, candidate quality, and scalability.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience recruiting in healthcare or other fast-paced, high-growth industries.

  • A strategic mindset with hands-on full-cycle recruiting expertise.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Experience with Paylocity ATS (or similar platform) preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

Additional Details

Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm CST
Work Location: Hybrid – based out of our Burr Ridge, IL headquarters (25–50% travel required)
Transportation: Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
