Our client, a prestigious law firm recognized in the 2024 edition of Best Law Firms®, is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Partner to join their San Francisco office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle a wide range of labor and employment matters, working with sophisticated clients on cutting-edge legal issues. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and eager to take on significant responsibilities while contributing to the firm’s growing and diverse practice group.
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Active California Bar Admission, in good standing.
Significant experience handling employment litigation matters, including single-plaintiff and wage & hour class action litigation.
Strong litigation and case management skills.
Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Represent clients in complex labor and employment litigation matters, including single-plaintiff and wage & hour class action litigation cases.
Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.
Provide strategic counsel to clients on labor and employment compliance and risk mitigation.
Work closely with clients to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions.
Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.
