Our client, a prestigious law firm recognized in the 2024 edition of Best Law Firms®, is seeking a highly-motivated Commercial Litigation Partner to join their Philadelphia office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle a wide range of civil litigation matters, working with sophisticated clients on cutting-edge legal issues. The ideal candidate will be eager to take on significant responsibilities while contributing to the firm’s expanding litigation practice.
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Active Pennsylvania Bar Admission, in good standing.
Significant experience handling complex commercial litigation matters.
Strong litigation and case management skills.
Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters.
Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.
Provide strategic counsel to clients on commercial disputes and risk mitigation.
Work closely with clients to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions.
Foster and manage strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with other partners and senior management to align business goals and objectives.
