The Role

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Corporate Controller will lead the company's accounting function and serve as a key member of the finance leadership team. This individual will oversee financial reporting, consolidations, month-end close, internal controls, accounting operations, acquisition integration, and process improvement initiatives.

The Controller will play a critical role in supporting continued growth, scaling accounting processes, strengthening reporting capabilities, and driving operational excellence across a complex, multi-entity organization.

Ideal Background

• Active CPA required
• Public accounting foundation strongly preferred
• Experience leading accounting teams within complex, multi-entity organizations
• Healthcare, MSO, DSO, physician practice management, or related healthcare services experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting acquisition-intensive growth environments
• Strong technical accounting, consolidations, and financial reporting expertise
• Experience working within ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics preferred
