Ascension Search Partners has been retained to hire a transformational President/CEO of a DFW based cutting edge, custom-engineering manufacturer with decades of successful history. We are targeting a strategic, hands-on leader who can marry commercial excellence with operational discipline, driving profitability and sustainable growth. The business is a well established brand with proprietary technology, global installations, and a passionate team. Yet, like many legacy manufacturers, it faces untapped market potential and an urgent need to build modern sales channels and commercial momentum.
The new President/CEO will:

Design and implement a market-driven growth strategy, elevating the company’s brand visibility and sales network nationally and internationally.

Partner with engineering and operations to improve margin performance while maintaining custom-quality craftsmanship.

Lead financial discipline, forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure self-sustaining operations.

Recruit, mentor, and align a strong leadership team around shared accountability and clear performance metrics.

Continue to evolve the company culture toward transparency, discipline, and continuous improvement.

You bring:

15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including full P&L responsibility.

Proven success driving sales and marketing transformation within a manufacturing or engineered-products company.

Deep understanding of low-volume, highly specialized production and the ability to lead in non-repeatable environments.

A balance of strategic vision and hands-on pragmatism — you’re as comfortable in a boardroom as on a factory floor.

A collaborative, empathetic leadership style that inspires trust, loyalty, and performance.

An ability to build credibility with employees, customers, and ownership through authenticity and results.
Preferred:

Background in capital equipment, engineered systems, or industrial manufacturing.

Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
