Position Scope
  • Serve as the finance leader for a business segment, partnering with operations and executive leadership to drive performance and strategy
  • Own the full spectrum of accounting and finance, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
  • Lead manufacturing finance and cost accounting, including inventory, standard costing, and margin optimization
  • Drive financial insights and strategic decision-making, translating complex data into actionable business recommendations
  • Support M&A activity, including integration, purchase accounting, and process standardization
  • Strengthen financial infrastructure and controls in preparation for future public company requirements
  • Act as a key partner in long-range planning, capital investment decisions, and growth initiatives
Candidate Profile
  • CPA required
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership roles
  • Strong background in manufacturing finance and cost accounting (inventory, standard costing, multi-site exposure)
  • Combination of accounting and finance experience (e.g., audit + transaction/advisory or corporate finance progression)
  • Demonstrated success operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Experience with ERP systems, financial modeling, and driving process improvements
  • Proven ability to operate at a high level of ownership, visibility, and influence across functions
  • Prior exposure to private equity, M&A, or IPO readiness is highly attractive
