Position Scope

Serve as the finance leader for a business segment, partnering with operations and executive leadership to drive performance and strategy
- Own the full spectrum of accounting and finance, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls

Lead manufacturing finance and cost accounting, including inventory, standard costing, and margin optimization

Drive financial insights and strategic decision-making, translating complex data into actionable business recommendations

Support M&A activity, including integration, purchase accounting, and process standardization

Strengthen financial infrastructure and controls in preparation for future public company requirements

Act as a key partner in long-range planning, capital investment decisions, and growth initiatives
Candidate Profile
- CPA required
-
10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership roles

Strong background in manufacturing finance and cost accounting (inventory, standard costing, multi-site exposure)
- Combination of accounting and finance experience (e.g., audit + transaction/advisory or corporate finance progression)
- Demonstrated success operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments

Experience with ERP systems, financial modeling, and driving process improvements
- Proven ability to operate at a high level of ownership, visibility, and influence across functions
- Prior exposure to private equity, M&A, or IPO readiness is highly attractive
