Ascension Search Partners has been engaged to recruit a VP, Human Resources for a high-growth, PE backed industrial services platform.

The Role
This is a high-visibility, build-and-scale leadership role responsible for elevating the company’s talent strategy to support aggressive growth and value creation. You will partner directly with the executive team to drive performance, leadership capability, and seamless M&A integration across a distributed workforce. Reporting to the CHRO, this role oversees Talent Management, HR Business Partnership, and Learning & Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise talent strategy aligned with growth and exit objectives
- Partner with executive leadership to drive a high-performance culture
- Oversee HR integration for acquisitions (org design, culture, change)
- Build and lead a best-in-class HRBP function
- Own succession planning, leadership development, and performance management
- Design scalable org structures to support continued expansion
- Drive workforce planning and decisions through data and analytics
Ideal Profile
- 12–15+ years of HR leadership (talent management, L&D and HRBP)
- Experience in PE-backed, high-growth, acquisition-heavy environments
- Proven success leading transformation and scaling organizations
- Strong operator with the ability to influence senior leadership
- Expertise in org design, change management, and leadership development
