  • Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and cash flow visibility with speed and discipline
  • Deliver executive‑ready analysis, MD&A, and decision support for leadership, Board, and investors

  • Drive working capital optimization, covenant compliance, and cash flow discipline
  • Partner cross‑functionally to align financial plans with operational priorities
  • Lead financial systems, data, and reporting improvements to support scalability
  • Build and lead a high‑output FP&A team with clear expectations, accountability, and urgency

Leadership Profile

  • Player‑coach mindset: Will dive into details to execute while elevating the team
  • Ownership mentality: No surprises, no excuses—results matter
  • Decisive and direct: Sets clear standards and follows through
  • Strategic but practical: Knows where precision matters and where speed wins

Qualifications

  • Proven success in PE‑backed, high‑growth environments (MSP, SaaS, or recurring revenue preferred)
  • Deep expertise in FP&A, cash flow management, and financial transformation
  • Track record of improving forecasting, reporting, and data reliability
  • ERP/PSA experience strongly preferred (e.g., Sage Intacct, ConnectWise or similar)
  • CPA, CMA, or MBA a plus
