Compensation: $250,000 – $450,000+ annually (Fee-for-service model, with optional partnership/buy-in opportunity).

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll provide full-scope family medicine with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient-centered service, to mention a few. You’ll build meaningful, lasting relationships with patients across generations.

What We're Looking For

• Compassionate, motivated physicians who care about relationship-based care
• Licensed (or close eligibility) with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA)
• CCFP designation is preferred but not required
• International Medical Graduates are welcome to apply (fall/spring licensing cohorts supported)

Schedule

• Flexible daytime hours (8-hour shifts)
• Monday to Friday (Flexible)
• Optional ½-day Saturday rotation (every 3–5 weeks)
• No evening or on-call shifts (unless you would like to)
