Our client is an established, design and remodeling company with an excellent reputation, 5-star client reviews, and a team that’s been together for decades. With roughly 15 employees, many who’ve been with the company for 20+ years, they take pride in combining exceptional craftsmanship with a personalized, enjoyable experience for every homeowner they serve.
You’ll meet with homeowners, assess their space and needs, and create functional, visually appealing designs using Cabinet Vision software. This is a client-facing, consultative role with strong income potential for design-minded sales professionals.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients in-home or showroom to evaluate space, needs, and preferences
- Create custom closet and storage system designs using CABINET VISION software
- Present design concepts, materials, and pricing to close sales
- Collaborate with installation and production teams to ensure accurate execution
- Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Stay current on product offerings, materials, and design trends
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years closet design experience
- Proficiency with CABINET VISION
- Strong sales, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to measure spaces accurately and translate into functional designs
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales goals
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for client visits
