As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Sales & Recruitment Research Specialist to support both our business development and recruiting efforts through research, data analysis, and pipeline development.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, thinking analytically, and researching trends to help drive smarter decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Research & Market Analysis

  • Conduct research on target companies for sales outreach, identifying key decision-makers.
  • Analyze sales data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create prospect lists, reports, and presentations to support sales meetings.
  • Track sales performance metrics, highlight best-performing regions, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Research market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor strategies to refine sales and marketing efforts.
  • Develop and manage campaigns that generate interest and customer demand.

Recruitment & Candidate Sourcing

  • Utilize various sources to identify potential candidates.
  • Research industry trends, talent pools, and competitor hiring strategies to uncover passive talent.
  • Create and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Craft personalized outreach messages to engage candidates through LinkedIn, email, text and social media.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to refine and adjust sourcing strategies based on hiring needs.
  • Track and analyze sourcing data to optimize outreach and improve candidate engagement.

Process Optimization & Strategy Development

  • Identify inefficiencies in sales and recruitment workflows and recommend improvements.
  • Work with the team to identify, evaluate and implement new technologies, platforms and AI tools or automation for optimal sourcing and tracking.
  • Research and recommend new technologies or platforms to enhance efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficient with LinkedIn.
  • Analytical mindset—able to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools for sourcing, automation, and workflow efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enjoys problem-solving and thinking creatively to overcome challenges.
  • Understanding of the construction or manufacturing industry.
  • Highly collaborative and team-oriented.
