Our client, an industry leader for the past 30+ years, is seeking a Production Supervisor to led a team of ~25. This facility is state-of-the-art and continues to invest in automation, process flow and new production lines. What You'll Do
- Lead employees and ensure safety, quality, throughput, and production goals are achieved
- Monitor performance and provide coaching and accountability
- Support employee cross-training initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement across production processes
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years manufacturing leadership experience required
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Knowledge of equipment such as saws, sanders, planers, or similar machinery preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are strongly preferred
