Sales & Operations Director - Kitchen Remodeling
Location: DMV
Compensation: Y1 OTE ~ $150K to $200K
With showrooms in the greater Washington D.C and Baltimore Metro Area, the Sales & Operations Director will lead and scale a high-performing remodeling division. Team is currently 20+ designers/PMs/field, and growing! This role offers full ownership of both revenue and operations, with responsibility for driving profitability, developing talent, and ensuring seamless execution from initial design consultation through final project completion.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Development
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong margin performance
- Actively support the design team in showroom environments to improve close rates and sales approach
- Coach and develop designers and project managers to elevate performance and consistency
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training to build a high-performing team
- Ensure design accuracy and best practices using 2020 Design software
Operations & Project Execution
- Oversee all field operations, including project managers, installers, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards
- Manage the full project lifecycle from contract through final walkthrough
- Serve as the escalation point for customer concerns, ensuring strong client satisfaction
- Coordinate supply chain, logistics, and material flow to support project timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Kitchen & Bath remodeling
- 3+ years leading sales and operations teams
- 2020 experience - must be able to train new designers
- Hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial mindset
