Sales Representative – Builder Channel

Location: Fort Myers/Naples area

Pay: Base salary + commission plan | Y1 OTE is $100K+

Our client is an established, respected cabinetry partner to home builders across Southwest Florida. As builder business continues to grow, they are creating a dedicated Sales Representative role focused exclusively on builder relationships. This is an opportunity for a proven building materials sales professional to step into a high-impact role with real ownership, autonomy, and the ability to shape how sales is done moving forward.

What You’ll Do

• Grow and manage Southwest Florida builder sales
• Build, deepen, and expand relationships with local, regional and national home builders
• Be visible and active in the industry (associations, community events)
• Work independently in the field, owning your territory and results

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience selling building materials to home builders
• An existing network and reputation with builders in Southwest Florida
• Strong knowledge of kitchen cabinetry products and applications
• A self-motivated, growth-oriented mindset
