Sales Executive – Builder Channel
Location: Greater Phoenix Area
Pay: Base salary + commission plan | Y1 OTE is $100K+

 

Our client is an established, respected fabricator and partner to regional and national 
home builders. As builder business continues to grow, they are adding two 
sales roles focused exclusively on builder relationships. One focused on 
flooring and the other on cabinetry.

 

What You’ll Do
• Grow and manage Arizona builder sales
• Build and expand relationships with regional and national home builders
• Be visible and active in the industry (associations, community events)
• Work independently in the field, owning your territory and results

 

What You Will Bring:
• Proven experience selling flooring or cabinetry to home builders
• An existing network and reputation with builders in Arizona
• Strong knowledge of flooring or cabinetry products and applications
• A self-motivated, growth-oriented mindset
