Chief Operating Officer 

Experienced executive leader needed to oversee operations across Arizona and Florida. Role in newly created due to recent acquisitions and will provide strategic and operational leadership in both markets, drive performance, accountability, and growth in partnership with ownership. Our candidate will have led operations with a fabricator that serviced local, regional and national builders and bring a proven track record in managing multi-site operations. 

Key Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience as a President, GM, COO, VP of Ops, or similar role for a Fabricator 
• Proven success overseeing operations across multiple markets or regions
• Experience supplying homebuilders along with their contractor and distribution channels
• Demonstrated history of operational performance improvement, sales growth and team development
• Willingness to travel extensively between Arizona and Florida
