Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift Opening

Location: Niles, MI

Compensation: $32 to $38/hr + OT + Quarterly Bonuses

Our client is a precision machine shop located ~10 miles north of South Bend, IN. Business has more than doubled and they've added new machines to support growth. This is an opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Tech to step into a high-impact role with a stable and growing manufacturer. 

Maintenance Tech - What You’ll Do

• Preventative/predictive maintenance and repair of all production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair plant machinery to maximize uptime.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety regulations.
• Improve and maintain existing preventative maintenance systems.

Maintenance Tech - What You Will Bring

• Expertise in electrical work, including board and control troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine repair.
• Proficiency in maintenance systems management.
