We're looking for a Plant Manager to provide strategic leadership across our manufacturing operation while building a culture centered on safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
 
You'll be responsible for:
  • Manufacturing Operations
  • Building and developing high-performing staff and leaders through professional development, coaching and mentorship
  • Ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement
  • Managing production schedules to ensure on-time delivery
  • Improving manufacturing processes, workflow, and operational efficiency 
 
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of experience in aerospace and/or medical device machining
  • 2+ years experience leading staff of 150+ 
  • History of leading continuous improvement and operational excellence efforts in a scaling business 
  • Strong KPI execution
