Immediate Openings - CNC Lathe Machinists. 

Pay: $25 to $31/hr

Additional Pay Opportunities: Shift Bonus for 2nd and 3rd, Quarterly Bonus Program and OT Available

Our client is a precision machine shop located ~10 miles north of South Bend, IN. Business has more than doubled and they've added new machines to support growth. This is an opportunity for an experienced CNC Machinist to step into a high-impact role with a stable and growing manufacturer. 

CNC Machinist - What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate multi-axis lathe
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Use measurement tools to ensure precision
• Apply your knowledge of GD&T to maintain high quality standards
• Collaborate with a team focused on continuous improvement and craftsmanship

CNC Machinist - What You Will Bring

• 2+ years of CNC multi-axis and/or swiss-style lathe experience
• Proficient in setting up parts
• Experience in running precision parts (±0.001 to ±0.0001)
