What You'll Do:

  • Partner with experienced attorneys to help grow an exciting civil litigation practice.
  • Showcase your organizational skills by managing documents, records, and exhibits for legal filings, court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to ensure accurate and timely documentation for litigation cases.
  • Tackle diverse tasks across civil lawsuits, personal injury, and commercial litigation – every day brings new challenges and opportunities!
  • Take charge of case timelines with our practice management system, keeping everything running smoothly and on schedule.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Assistant is preferred, but we’re open to candidates with the right combination of experience, skills, and passion to excel in this role.
  • A proven ability to handle confidential client information with professionalism and integrity.
  • A flexible mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure while managing shifting priorities.
  • Exceptional technical skills, particularly with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with tools like Clio or other practice management software is a bonus.
  • A team player with good judgment, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced situations.
