• 401(k) with 3% employer match.

• $200 annual continuing education allowance and professional license renewal reimbursement.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

• Close-knit interdisciplinary team with strong therapist retention

• Clinical Fellows and experienced SLPs welcome

• Initial maternity leave coverage with potential for longer-term employment

ABOUT THE TEAM

Join approximately 12 speech, occupational and physical therapists in a friendly, family-centered clinic. The team values clinical judgment, creativity and collaboration, and therapists typically stay for 3–5 years. The ideal clinician enjoys building relationships with families and working alongside colleagues from multiple disciplines.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide engaging, evidence-informed treatment for pediatric speech, language and communication needs.

• Monitor progress, adjust interventions and maintain timely documentation.

• Partner with caregivers to support carryover of skills at home.

• Coordinate with other therapy disciplines to provide thoughtful, individualized care.

PATIENT POPULATION & CASELOAD

The clinic serves patients from birth through age 21, primarily ages 2–8, including children with speech and language delays, autism and early-intervention needs. Treatment is one-on-one, without overlapping appointments. Most speech sessions last 30 minutes, with some 60-minute sessions depending on clinical needs and insurance requirements. Expect approximately 10–13 back-to-back patient appointments daily; historical attendance is around 85–90%.

SCHEDULE

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:30 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

• Structured full-time schedule with no weekend requirements

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and eligibility to practice in Florida, including applicable Clinical Fellowship supervision requirements.

• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required for an otherwise strong fit.

• Warm, personable communication with children and families.

• Creative treatment ideas, flexibility, coachability and a collaborative mindset.
