Overview
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive / Program Executive to lead the performance, growth, and strategic direction of assigned insurance programs. This senior-level role is responsible for revenue growth, client and carrier relationships, and serving as a key strategic partner across internal teams.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in commercial insurance programs, client leadership, and strategic execution, with the ability to operate at both the relationship and program level.
Key Responsibilities

Own revenue performance and growth strategy for assigned insurance programs

Develop and manage annual revenue budgets and strategic plans

Maximize revenue opportunities within existing programs and client relationships

Develop, review, and execute annual marketing and service plans

Monitor revenue performance monthly and provide insights and recommendations

Maintain and expand relationships with associations, franchisors, and program sponsors

Serve as the primary executive contact for key clients and stakeholders

Provide technical guidance and strategic insight on program-related insurance issues

Lead cross-functional collaboration across producers, underwriting, marketing, claims, accounting, and client service teams

Build deep understanding of client operations, industry trends, and competitive dynamics

Prepare and deliver professional sales, renewal, and marketing presentations

Represent programs at client meetings and industry events

Protect confidentiality of client information and ensure compliance with internal controls

Travel as needed, including overnight, for client meetings, conferences, and industry functions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience

Active Property & Casualty insurance license required

Strong experience servicing commercial insurance programs and accounts

Deep knowledge of commercial P&C coverages and rating concepts

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comparable business tools

Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills

Ability to interface confidently with executive leadership and external partners
