Compensation & Growth:
- Performance-based compensation with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $200,000+

Qualifications:
- Proven leadership of a service department with 20+ technicians
- Strong operational command of CDK
- Expertise in fixed operations processes, service marketing, productivity controls, and consistent CSI performance
- Ability to recruit, train, motivate, and retain high-performing service teams
