Jack Young Personnel Services has been retained to conduct a confidential search for an experienced Sales Manager on behalf of one of the New York metropolitan area's premier European luxury automotive retailers.

Our client is part of a well-established, regionally recognized dealership group known for its commitment to employee development, innovative retail technology, operational excellence, and long-term career advancement.

Position Overview

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Sales Manager will provide day-to-day leadership of the dealership's sales operation while driving continued growth in vehicle sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
• Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales performance
• Maximize gross profit while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
• Utilize CRM, digital retailing, and dealership technology to improve sales processes and operational efficiency
• Coach, mentor, and develop sales consultants
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies for continued improvement
• Partner closely with executive leadership to achieve dealership objectives

Qualifications

• Proven success as an Automotive Sales Manager
• Luxury or European franchise experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to improve sales performance and profitability
• Experience utilizing dealership technology and digital retailing platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Compensation & Benefits

• First-year earning potential: $150,000-$175,000
