Our client is a leading global manufacturing company specializing in industrial stamping and fasteners, with corporate headquarters in Shanghai, China. They have commissioned us to identify, and conduct screening interviews for candidates interested in Sales Management roles calling on the OEM Auto Industry. The company has expanding manufacturing capabilities here in North America.
Target OTE – Salary 100 – 120k ++ bonus perks
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and sustainable revenue growth.
· Identify target markets and opportunities within the Automotive and Industrial sectors, translating insights into targeted sales strategies.
· Focus on growing market segments such as Electrical Vehicles (EVs) and Electrification to position the company for accelerated growth.
· Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, nurturing customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals.
Preferred Experience
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
· Minimum 3-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years specifically in Automotive and/or Industrial OEMs.
· Demonstrated success in achieving sales revenue growth and pioneering business development initiatives.
· Prior international experience and familiarity with Chinese business practices are advantageous.
