Our client is seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead one of Nassau County’s premier domestic dealerships. This is an opportunity for a seasoned automotive executive to step into a highly visible role with strong ownership support and a solid foundation for continued growth.

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:

• Demonstrated success increasing sales volume and dealership profitability
• Proven leadership across Sales, Fixed Operations, and F&I
• Strong command of process-driven operations and financial controls
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
• The ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing management teams
