• Proven Service Director / Service Manager experience
• Deep understanding of all aspects of fixed operations, including:
• Expense control & profitability
• Technician productivity & workflow
• Customer retention & CSI/ESI performance
• Fixed ops marketing and growth strategies
• A customer-facing, energetic, and creative leader
• History of long tenure and consistent performance improvement
• Track record of achieving top-tier ESI/CSI results

Compensation & Location
