Compensation: Approximately $200,000 OTE + Significant Upside

An outstanding opportunity is available for an accomplished Service Director to join a nationally recognized import franchise with a consistent record of excellence in both vehicle sales and customer satisfaction.

The dealership is part of a privately owned and operated group and is led by an experienced General Manager with more than a decade of success developing and supporting a strong, tenured team.

The store is located on one of Bergen County’s premier retail corridors and has recently undergone a substantial facility expansion and renovation. The result is a modern, highly efficient operation designed to support continued growth and an exceptional customer experience.

The Opportunity

This position offers an experienced Fixed Operations leader the opportunity to make a significant impact rather than simply step into an established routine.

The successful candidate will take an active leadership role in:

• Improving service department processes, workflow and efficiencies
• Developing the Service Advisor team and enhancing customer engagement
• Increasing technician productivity and overall shop performance
• Utilizing the dealership’s latest technology to improve performance and accountability
• Helping recruit, develop and retain additional technicians as the expanded facility comes online
• Working closely with the General Manager and ownership to further strengthen service profitability and CSI
• Building upon an already successful operation and taking it to the next level

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a proven Service Director or high-level Service Manager who combines strong operational skills with the ability to develop people and create accountability.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of improving departmental performance, developing Service Advisors and technicians, and maintaining a customer-focused culture.

CDK experience is preferred.

Compensation & Opportunity

The current compensation opportunity is approximately $200,000 OTE, with considerable room for growth based upon performance.
