Title: Service Manager – Premier European Import Dealership | Capital Region, NY | OTE $160K–$175K
Overview:
Our client, a nationally consolidated, privately owned dealership group, is seeking an experienced and process-oriented Service Manager for one of their European import franchises located in New York’s Capital Region.
About the Role:
The selected candidate will oversee a team of approximately 30 fixed operations professionals in a profitable but underperforming department—offering a rare opportunity to make a measurable impact on performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and develop the service team to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
· Refine processes, workflow, and communication across departments.
· Drive profitability through disciplined leadership and performance metrics.
· Partner with senior management to align operational strategy with group goals.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Service Manager or Fixed Ops Leader in a franchised dealership setting.
· Strong leadership and organizational skills.
· Experience with a European import brand preferred.
· Demonstrated ability to improve CSI, efficiency, and team morale.
Compensation:
· On-Target Earnings: $160,000–$175,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
