Job Description: 

• Work closely to support vision and direction of leaders and the partners 

• Ability to lead self, lead others, and lead clients. 

• Possess some knowledge tax, bookkeeping, payroll and consulting 

• Capable of leading engagements  

• Serve as a primary engagement leader to ensure that the client is presented with a technically accurate and high-quality product representative of the firm's commitment to excellent client service. 

• Monitors the quantitative and qualitative achievements. 

• Build client relationships, demonstrate knowledge of client business, and work closely with clients to advise and become a trusted advisor 

• Focus on relational and long-term value of clients rather than transactional  

• Recognize, anticipate, and resolve issues through providing solutions and recommendations

Requirements: 

• 3+ prior experience private and public practice 

• CPA certified or CPA candidacy is a strong plus 

• Strong organization, problem-solving and analytical skills 

• Possess integrity, be trustworthy, dependable, and a team player with a cooperative attitude 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

• Experience in managing multiple client engagements  

• Bi-lingual in Japanese is a plus
