We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to plan, coordinate, and lead end-to-end quality assurance activities for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation within a manufacturing organization. The role will cover D365 Finance & Operations, supply chain, inventory, finance, manufacturing, warehouse processes, and customer-facing capabilities including Dynamics 365 POS, e-commerce, omnichannel journeys, and CRM.

The successful candidate will establish the QA approach, manage test planning and execution, coordinate business and technical testers, lead defect triage, validate integrations and data, report quality and readiness status, and support cutover, go-live, and hypercare. The consultant must be comfortable working remotely with cross-functional teams, multiple workstreams, distributed sites, and complex end-to-end business processes.
