We are seeking the services of a Senior Project Manager for a short-term remote contract to support Director Research Personnel Generation (DRPG), within Director General Military Personnel Research and Analysis (DGMPRA) – Department of National Defence.
You should hold A Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) OR master’s degree in psychology in one of the following disciplines:
- Psychology with a specialization in Psychometrics or Quantitative Psychology; or
- Education with a specialization in Measurement, Evaluation, or Research Methodology; and
Extensive experience managing and providing oversight of a team responsible for test development or psychometric projects.
