We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Consultant to support a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations transformation in a manufacturing organization. The consultant will help prepare leaders, managers, process owners, and end users for changes to business processes, technology, roles, and ways of working across supply chain, inventory, manufacturing, warehouse, procurement, and finance functions.
The successful candidate will lead change impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption planning, change champion activities, resistance management, leadership reporting, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization. Experience with D365 F&O, Dynamics AX, or another complex ERP transformation is highly desirable. Experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce/POS, e-commerce, and D365 CRM is a strong differentiator, and manufacturing or multi-site operational experience is strongly preferred.
