Tax Controversy Partner

Our clients are select law firms seeking well-established rainmakers with experience in international tax, tax controversy and tax treaties. Should have technical expertise with appeals, mediation, arbitration, APAs, or the competent authority MAP process.
 
Candidates with the following experience would be highly sought:
* Experience representing clients in tax enforcement areas related to congressional investigations, and criminal tax investigations. 

* Pillar Two rules and the traditional transfer pricing matters.

* Representing public and private clients in a broad range of domestic and international tax matters, with a particular focus on corporate mergers, acquisitions and dispositions.

* Excellent communication and practice development skills.

In sum, the position will encompass a dual role representing large and small firms globally in Tax Controversy and Disputes, it also includes responsibility for growing a TCD practice working closely with tangential practices. The role provides an attractive economic package.
