Key Responsibilities

Advanced Neuro-Rehabilitation: Lead the physical therapy plan of care for diverse neurological diagnoses, including Stroke, TBI, Parkinson’s, and Multiple Sclerosis.

Evidence-Based Evaluation: Perform specialized clinical assessments to develop customized, age-appropriate treatment plans focused on functional mobility and quality of life.

Multidisciplinary Coordination: Work alongside neurologists, neurosurgeons, and specialized nursing teams within a "whole-person" care model.

Patient Advocacy: Serve as a subject matter expert for patients and families, navigating the path from acute recovery to long-term community reintegration.
Required Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or D.P.T.).

Licensure: Current Oregon Physical Therapist License (or eligible for licensure upon hire).

Certification: National Provider BLS (American Heart Association) required within 30 days of hire.

Clinical Skillset: 1–2+ years of experience in neurological or complex outpatient settings preferred.
