Som Senior AI Platform Engineer bliver du en nøgleperson i det nyoprettede team, AI & Analytics Platform Engineering & Standards. Teamet vokser hurtigt for at imødekomme forretningens behov for intern, realtids-teknologisk innovation. Du vil løse komplekse arkitektoniske udfordringer for at levere en skalerbar, sikker og robust udviklerplatform.
Din mission
Du efterlever filosofien om, at "god platform engineering sjældent ses, men altid mærkes." Du er en teknisk stærk og "hands-on" profil, der trives med at bygge kernefunktioner i et automatiserings-først miljø. Du vil drive selvbetjeningsløsninger (self-service) og optimere "developer experience" for interne datascientists og ML-ingeniører.
Primære ansvarsområder

Platformsinnovation: Bidrage til opbygningen af AI/ML-platforme, tjenester og værktøjer, der accelererer modeltræning og deployment på tværs af organisationen.

Arkitektonisk lederskab: Designe platformskapaciteter til både batch- og realtids-workflows med fleksible deployment-strategier (f.eks. low-latency prædiktioner).

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Fremme brugen af Terraform/CDK og GitOps-processer til at bygge og skalere cloud-baseret infrastruktur.

Tværfagligt samarbejde: Arbejde tæt sammen med "spoke"-teams og de fundamentale cloud-teams for at sikre platformens driftseffektivitet, sikkerhed og pålidelighed.

Performance-optimering: Forbedre platformens ydeevne, reducere manuel indgriben, skalere compute-ressourcer (CPU/GPU) og øge effektiviteten af deployments.
Faglige kvalifikationer

Uddannelse: Bachelor eller Master i et kvantitativt fag (f.eks. Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Matematik eller Statistik).

Erfaring: 5+ års professionel erfaring, herunder dokumenteret erfaring med opbygning af AI/ML- eller analyseplatforme.

Cloud-ekspertise: Dybtgående kendskab til AWS-økosystemet (særligt SageMaker og relaterede AI-tjenester).

Værktøjer og automatisering: * Stærke kompetencer inden for IaC (Terraform, OpenTofu eller Pulumi) og CI/CD (GitHub Actions).

Erfaring med containerisering (Docker/Podman) og orkestrering (Kubernetes/Rancher).

Programmering: Flydende i Python, Spark og SQL, samt erfaring med frameworks som PyTorch eller TensorFlow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Development: Create and enhance core components of an AI/ML platform to facilitate model training, inference, and deployment.
- Architectural Design: Develop systems for real-time and batch processing workflows, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Infrastructure Automation: Lead the integration of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and GitOps to streamline cloud infrastructure management.

- Performance Optimization: Enhance system performance and scalability while minimizing operational costs through automation.
Technical Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Over 5 years in engineering roles with a focus on AI/ML or data platform development.
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with AWS, particularly SageMaker and related AI services.
- Automation Tools: Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, OpenTofu, or Pulumi.
- DevOps Skills: Expertise in CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions or Jenkins, and container orchestration with Kubernetes or Rancher.
- Programming Languages: Proficient in Python, Spark, and SQL.
- Machine Learning Frameworks: Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated sectors.
