Compensation: $33.00 – $43.00 / hr + Weekly Result Sharing Bonus
$7,500 Sign-on Bonus + Regional Relocation Assistance
24/7 Facility (Must be open to Day or Rotating shifts)
We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join a premier manufacturing facility in the Graniteville area. This is a "New Position" within a high-volume production environment that operates on a 24/7 basis.
In this role, you will become a Subject Matter Expert for a specific production department. You will be the first line of defense for troubleshooting complex system failures to maximize up-time, while also partnering with Engineering to install and test next-generation equipment.
Responsibilities
Technical Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Emergency Repair: Diagnose and repair industrial production equipment, conveyors, and pipeline distribution systems as issues arise during shifts.

Preventative Maintenance: Perform scheduled PMs and precision calibrations on flow, level, pressure, and temperature loops.

Systems Integration: Partner with the Engineering team to install, test, and release new equipment.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities within the CMMS.
Electrical & Electronic Expertise

Automation & PLCs: Troubleshoot various PLC systems and managed networking/communications (EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, DeviceNet).

Drive Systems: Maintain and troubleshoot AC Drives, motors, encoders, and resolvers.

Instrumentation: Calibrate and repair distributed control system (DCS) architectures.
Mechanical & Industrial Systems

Mechanical Repair: Service and rebuild bearings, conveying systems, gearboxes, and rotating equipment.

Fluid Power: Maintain and repair high-pressure hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Tool Proficiency: Utilize hoists, lifts, grinders, welding equipment, and precision testing tools.

Blueprint Reading: Interpret complex schematics, technical drawings, and work orders to guide repairs.
Requirements
Experience & Education (Must meet one of the following):

Option A: Associate’s degree (Electronics, Robotics, General Technology) + 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.

Option B: Completion of a formal Apprenticeship program + 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.

Option C: Minimum of 5 years of direct industrial maintenance experience.
Required Skills:

True Multi-Craft Ability: Deep experience across Electrical, Mechanical, and Electronics.

Advanced Systems: Hands-on knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Safety First: Strict adherence to all safety regulations and PPE requirements.

Flexibility: Must be willing to work either day shifts or rotating shifts to support a 24/7 operation.
