We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is critical to our mission of serving food manufacturers and retailers with high-quality ingredients. Key Responsibilities

Technical Maintenance: Execute preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance to ensure maximum facility uptime.

Multi-Craft Execution: Utilize expertise in welding, pipefitting, fabrication, lubrication, and the repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Equipment Reliability: Read and interpret mechanical schematics and blueprints to modify, build, or troubleshoot complex industrial equipment.

Precision Operations: Use power tools, precision maintenance instruments (e.g., laser alignment), and diagnostic technology to maintain equipment integrity.

Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations (including PJHA and confined space permits) while operating heavy machinery like forklifts and aerial lifts.

Continuous Improvement: Document all work in maintenance software and collaborate with management to optimize facility operations.
Requirements
Required Qualifications

Trade Experience: Demonstrated experience in at least 1 or 2 maintenance trades (e.g., electrical, welding, fabrication, pumps/piping, or hydraulics).

Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks involving bending, climbing (above 4 feet), and working in confined spaces.

Environmental Adaptability: Comfortable working in varied indoor/outdoor conditions (heat, cold, dust) with required PPE.

Scheduling: Ability to work overtime, including weekends or holidays, with advance notice.

Legal: Must be 18+ years of age and eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications

Education: Trade school certification, a degree in a maintenance-related field, or equivalent military experience.

Specialized Skills: Experience with precision maintenance (dial indication) and rigging systems.

Food Industry: Prior experience in a food production or highly regulated manufacturing environment.
