Job Title: Business Development Manager- Must have experience with potting and encapsulation. Knowledge of dispensing equipment is a plus
Candidates can live anwhere in the Northwest United States for that territory or Southwest United States for the southern territory.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide technical sales support to existing clients, fostering strong relationships, and arranging customer visits.
- Identify and secure new customers by promoting the launch of our Electrical Insulation/Potting Resins range within designated geographical areas.
- Drive market development for encapsulation resins (potting), gap fillers, and thermal interface materials (TIM), with a particular focus on the Automotive and Industrial sectors.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of sales strategies and action plans.
- Assist in the creation of sales budgets for assigned territories/projects and future business opportunities through forecasting.
- Deliver comprehensive reports on ongoing activities and pipeline status.
- Conduct market analysis including performance evaluations, competitor assessments, and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Manage projects through all phases by coordinating with relevant company departments.
- Lead commercial negotiations in alignment with company guidelines and Sales Department objectives.
- Support and monitor business partners' activities and missions.
- Be available for regular travel to maintain and nurture customer relationships.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or equivalent technical expertise.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B sales of technical products, preferably in electrical insulation or related materials such as sealants, adhesives, or paints.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong commercial relationships and achieve desired results.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on both developing new business and sustaining existing relationships.
- Proficiency in independently solving technical and commercial challenges.
- Strong team-building abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Familiarity with social networks for business purposes.
- Excellent command of English; additional language skills (e.g., French, Spanish, German) are a plus.
