Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, with travel required as needed to support project demands.
This role focuses on the delivery of medical office buildings (MOBs) and parking garages, managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills- deep knowledge of
mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and experience managing
technically complex, schedule-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
• Lead all phases of construction from preconstruction to final turnover
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and
consultants
• Manage and mentor project teams, including superintendents and project
engineers
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and per contract documents

Budget & Schedule Management
• Develop and manage project budgets, GMPs, cost reports, and forecasts
• Lead subcontractor buyout, scope review, and contract execution
• Review, evaluate, and manage change orders
• Develop and track detailed project schedules and milestones
MEP & Technical Oversight
• Provide leadership for coordination and execution of MEP systems
• Review drawings and specifications for constructability and coordination
• Lead MEP coordination meetings and resolve conflicts
• Ensure systems meet applicable codes, standards, and performance requirements
• Manage medical office buildings, outpatient facilities, and healthcare-adjacent
projects
• Coordinate inspections, compliance requirements, and system commissioning
• Oversee parking garage construction, including concrete, structural systems,
waterproofing, and life-safety elements
Contract Administration & Closeout
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, and document control
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and punch list activities
• Lead closeout, including O&M manuals, warranties, and owner training
• Develop and manage project budgets, GMPs, cost reports, and forecasts
• Lead subcontractor buyout, scope review, and contract execution

Qualifications Required
Medical Office & Parking Structure Experience Required
• 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience • Proven experience managing MOB projects
• Experience with parking garages or structured parking
• Strong working knowledge of MEP systems
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex schedules
• Willingness to travel as project needs require
Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field
• OSHA 30 certification
