Location: La Grande, OR (Rural Eastern Oregon)
Compensation: $600K - $670K+ per year
We are seeking an innovative and energetic Physician who enjoys professional autonomy and working with a supportive, caring group of healthcare professionals! You’ll join a growing specialty team at a Critical Access Hospital in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon, equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic tools including onsite Echo, EKG, and Stress testing. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality outpatient and consultative inpatient cardiovascular care.
- Perform and interpret non-invasive studies including echocardiograms, stress tests, and EKG/Holter monitoring
- Manage long-term cardiac conditions for the local population
- Supervision of stress testing in the co-located Respiratory Therapy department.
- Interpretation of cardiac imaging, ECGs, and device interrogation reports.
- Management of implantable cardiac devices.
- Perform minor procedures including implantation/removal of loop recorders, cardioversion, and TEE.
- Partner with primary care providers and the hospitalist team to ensure seamless transitions of care
- Help shape the future of cardiac services within a growing rural healthcare system
Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited school.
- Completion of an accredited Cardiology Fellowship
- Active, unrestricted State Medical License
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
- Strong skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care in a community-oriented environment
Compensation & Benefits
