Job Description

  • Lead and manage complex commercial real estate and multifamily transactions from start to close
  • Play a central role in acquisitions, dispositions, development deals, joint ventures, and financings
  • Draft, negotiate, and review core transaction documents and closing materials
  • Supervise junior associates and coordinate deal teams efficiently
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, lenders, and outside counsel
  • Support multiple active matters in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of transactional commercial real estate experience
  • Meaningful exposure to multifamily, development, or financing transactions
  • Experience “running a deal” or taking ownership of transaction workflows
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and issue-spotting skills
  • Licensed to practice law in New York
